What it is

KLOW integrates four research peptides into one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. Each plays a distinct role — from regeneration to anti-inflammatory control — making it one of the most complete blends for recovery, repair, and performance research.

Why researchers use it

  • GHK-Cu: stimulates collagen, promotes skin rejuvenation, supports wound healing
  • BPC-157: enhances angiogenesis, tendon/ligament repair, and GI protection
  • TB-500: facilitates cellular migration and cytoskeletal repair
  • KPV: potent anti-inflammatory tripeptide modulating immune response and reducing gut/systemic inflammation

Dosing protocol (for research)

Reconstitution (80 mg vial):

  • 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 + 10 mg KPV with 3 mL BAC water
  • Per 1 mL: 16.7 mg GHK-Cu, 3.34 mg BPC-157, 3.34 mg TB-500, 3.34 mg KPV

Per 0.10 mL (10 units): ~1.67 mg GHK-Cu + ~0.33 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500, KPV

Standard: 0.10–0.20 mL daily. Aggressive: up to 0.30 mL, split AM/PM. Duration 4–8 weeks.

Preparation & injection

  • Add 3 mL BAC water; swirl to dissolve
  • Store refrigerated, away from light
  • Subcutaneous rotation across abdomen, thigh, upper arm
  • Rotation is essential across multi-week protocols

Safety notes

  • Mild reported effects: nausea, injection site redness, fatigue
  • Monitor copper/zinc balance in prolonged protocols (GHK-Cu content)
  • KPV's immune-modulating effect needs further long-term research
  • Sterile reconstitution is mandatory

Researcher tips

  • Splitting daily dose AM/PM can improve tolerability
  • Pair with zinc supplementation to balance copper accumulation
  • Track skin, hair, GI, and recovery changes weekly

Reconstitution & concentration

Single vial contains 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 + 10 mg KPV (80 mg total).

  • Reconstitute with 3 mL bacteriostatic water
  • Final concentrations: 16.7 mg/mL GHK-Cu, 3.34 mg/mL each of BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV
  • Per 0.10 mL (10 units): ~1.67 mg GHK-Cu + ~0.33 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500, KPV

Standard dosing: 0.10–0.20 mL daily. Aggressive protocols: up to 0.30 mL daily, split AM/PM for tolerability. Duration: 4–8 weeks. Zinc supplementation (10–15 mg daily) helps maintain copper:zinc balance.

Stacks

Comprehensive Recovery Formula — 0.2–0.4 mL SubQ daily delivers ~3–6 mg GHK-Cu + 0.6–1.3 mg each of BPC, TB, and KPV. Popular in post-surgical protocols and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Advanced Recovery Protocol: KLOW 0.2–0.4 mL SubQ daily + NAD+ 250–500 mg IM weekly + L-Carnitine 500–1,000 mg IM/SubQ daily. Described as a 'full recovery mode' stack — inflammation, energy, and structural repair in tandem.
